Cultivate isn't just an audition. It's a personalized journey designed to connect you with our team, catch the vision, and grow your calling.

Crash Course

Our membership class is the first step for anyone serving at Celebration. It gives you the foundation of who we are and what we believe. If you've been through it, you're good to go.

Audition & Interview

Meet with our worship leaders in person or online for a conversation and some time playing together. Less about perfection, more about calling, character, and fit.

Onboarding

Cultivate — 7 Weeks

Join a small cohort of musicians and vocalists for seven Thursday evenings of worship culture, teaching, hands-on stage time, and real community. Offered every Fall and Spring.

Evaluation & Team Placement

We sit down together to talk through your next steps. For most people, this is when you officially join the team and begin serving on Sundays.

Audition Instructions

Have a heart for worship? We're holding auditions — both in-person and online. These are personal, relaxed times for our team to get to know your story and your skill. Sign up for a timeslot and come prepared using the resources below.

  • Sign up for a timeslot using the registration page.
  • Open the Audition Instructions folder for resources and guidance.
  • Find practice parts and chord charts for the song(s) we've selected.
  • The "Audition Guide" PDF is helpful for preparation.
  • Prepare 1–2 songs (2 preferred) for your specific instrument or voice.
  • Show up in person, or send in a recording if you're auditioning online.

You may audition before you attend Crash Course, but you'll be required to complete Crash Course before serving on the team.

What 7 Weeks Looks Like

Each Thursday runs 6:30–9:00 PM. You'll worship together, hear teaching, ask questions, and get hands-on time with your section leader on stage.
